Job Title: Receptionist & Schedule Desk Position Available for Females
We are currently seeking a female candidate with 0-2 years of experience to fill the role of Receptionist & Schedule Desk at our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
-Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
-Answer incoming phone calls and emails and forward them to the appropriate person or department.
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
-Coordinating with the engineering department
-Schedule job for the engineers.
-Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
-Female candidate with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
