Department Overview Perform HR Operational & Support on Employee Matters
Job Description
Work side by side with the Human Resource Business Partner on HR initiatives and projects.
To facilitate on employee engagements project activities such as administration and designing project/employee communication package.
To support project lead in designing content of HR Newsletters working collaboratively with relevant content contributors.
To support HRBP in updating relevant policies per requirements.
Assist in HRBP operational need if required.
To support other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time.
Basic Requirements
Undergraduate students of Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
No work experience required.
