The EMEA Customer Care Agent is a member of the global Customer First Team and works remote in the EMEA Market and works closely with Corza’s customers and internal groups to ensure requests and orders are processed and completed efficiently and accurately.

The EMEA Customer Care Agent will manage EMEA customer inquiries including order activity from distributor customers and assist with inventory prioritisation and allocation and coordination of shipments to ensure customers receive product when expected. As a member of the Customer First Team, Customer Care Agents provide a consistent exceptional experience to customers by understanding customer requirements and building process and systems in support of those requirements with a focus on continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Performs as primary liaison between Corza, EMEA customers and EMEA Customer Care queue, providing support for order administration including receiving, reviewing, and entering product orders into our ERP system.
  • Maintains documentation of EMEA customer requirements including product information/labelling rules and product documentation by country to ensure timely shipping of EMEA orders.
  • Coordinates order shipment with the Distribution Team including facilitation of required shipping documents.
  • Assists Sales and Finance Team in communication of payment requirements for EMEA customers.
  • Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers, business associates and internal Corza teams.
  • Proactively communicates customer needs and/or changes in ordering patterns to internal Corza functions including Finance, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure business continuation.
  • Maintains accurate records of customer interactions in appropriate systems including ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Adheres to and executes Corza policy and procedures including pricing and price deviations, credit process, complaints and return requests.
  • Participates in systems planning, enhancements and testing.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and works with leadership team to develop and implement appropriate changes and training for team members.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

What you will need
Experience: Knowledge of EMEA Medical Device market including product documentation and export requirements, 2-5 years related experience in high-transaction service environment. Additional experience or education in a medical specialty or related background is desirable; fluency in Spanish, French, German or other languages of developed countries is highly desirable. Must be business fluent in English.

Education: Ideally Degree or higher.

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: ERP, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, previous disposable medical products preferred.
