The Customer Project Manager (CPM) at BNEW SAN SAGND SD PDM CPM Office will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of delivery-contracts towards Ericsson end customers.
CPM will ensure Project scope which includes products and/or services is delivered to the happiness of the Customer and Ericsson.

Be responsible for Project delivery contracts towards Ericsson customers- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources, and plans and monitor all activities
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
- Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues. Also ensure that lessons learnt are well documented after project closure and stored in specified repository.
- Plan, coordinate the project governance meetings for different projects at various levels and report the same to Steering committees/PMO and key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and Ericsson contractual obligations are delivered.
- Handle project finance and budgeting. Ensure project structure in the financial system is in place and monitored / reported regularly
- Optimize resource cost and time between ongoing projects, Drive profit improvement activities, e.g., Add on Sales and Cost Saving
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting, if needed.
- Be responsible to drive improvement programs for Service Line, if required
You will bring
Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or equivalent in terms of experience- Minimum 8 years of Project Management Experience.
- To demonstrate ability to adapt to customer's culture, business process and W.O.W
- Relevant Telecom experience and domain experience from vendor and/or service provider
- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) awareness
- Experience in Project Management tools and applications
- Strong Consultative/Problem Solving/Presentation/ Soft skills/
- Financial / Business understanding & Entrepreneurial/Commercial Thinking
- Project Management Certifications (Prince2, PMP)
- Proficiency in speaking /writing in English & Local Language
