This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager, responsible for tracking, reporting and monitoring performances of Facilities Management as well as project and implementation status of operational or technology improvement programs by strong partnership and collaboration with Location Management teams, and other Property Management functions.
Job responsibilities
- Support Regional Operations Manager to monitor and track key Facilities Management performance indicators including management of 3rd party service provider/s.
- Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for operational improvement or technology enhancement projects, working with project leads from other GRE functions collaboratively in order to coordinate, track and report project status, risk and opportunities
- Support in BAU-transition effort, including working with SMEs within GRE to coordinate the creation or updating of business process maps and operating instructions based on GRE policies and operating standards; conduct training and workshops to communicate process change and enhancement
- Responsible for data governance for systems of records, including ensure ongoing data quality and integrity; support global initiatives on periodic data quality review
- Develop purposeful data analytics and reporting processes using various data visualization tools such as Qlikview, Tableau and Crystal Reports.
- Leverage data and reporting to identify and implements business process improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least 5 years working experience in the corporate real estate industry
- University degree preferably with specialization on engineering, project management, and other related field
- Strong team player attitude, with effective collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent project planning and management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project management certification holder, e.g. PMP, Prince2 and PgMP
- Experience in data analytics and data visualization tools and platforms
