The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
Candidate will be a member of NI Services “Centre of Innovation” team, in Nokia Turkey R&D center. He/she will be working together with product experts & solution architects to implement end to end use-cases related to Predictive Care services and care related automation projects. Services & features developed by our team are used externally worldwide by the telecom operator customers of Nokia and internally by the Nokia experts/Technical Support Engineers.
What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery?
As part of our team, you will:
- Contribute on creating of the CI/CD(Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) pipeline, maintain the pipeline and improve over time
- Create test plans, scenarios and cases
- Perform automation of tests;
- Integrate the automation test suites & execute them as part of CI/CD pipeline.
- REST APIs testing;
- Microservices testing;
- Performance/Load testing;
- Backend Security evaluation;
- Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team to identify & implement process improvements.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bsc degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Both senior/experienced engineers and talented new graduates are welcome to apply. Seniority of the candidate will be taken into account in the offer.
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript programming languages
- Proficient in version control systems and platforms (Git and GitLab)
- Proficient in Rest components/APIs for testing webservices and web applications
- Experienced in setting up testing frameworks in Python and writing unit/integration tests with unittest and pytest
- Experienced in setting up testing frameworks in JavaScript and writing unit/integration tests with Jest and Mocha
- Experienced in End-to-End testing and browser automation with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright frameworks
- Experience with Linux and shell scripts
- Experienced in installing and managing Docker and Kubernetes clusters, developing Dockerfiles and Kubernetes deployment scripts
- Experienced in installing, configuring, maintaining Jenkins pipelines
- Must have worked in a DevOps environment supporting CI/CD
It would be nice if you also had experience in:
- Preferably have knowledge of ELK stack, Grafana & Prometheus, OpenTSDB, InfluxDB, Artifactory, Nexus Repository
- Implementing end-to-end container management with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge or experience in Nokia IP / Optics or Fixed Networks products
