Requirements

At least 9 years’ experience in Marketing, including digital and eCommerce
Several years of experience in a leadership role including on regional level
University degree
High ability of building relationships
Resilience, agility and flexibility
Innovative, strategic, critical and creative thinking
Proven track of building effective teams, motivating caring for employees
Ability to make decisions in fast paced environment
Conflict management skills
Negotiation skills
Fluent English
Responsibilities
Lead the CEEC Marketing Team and de-centralized local Marketing teams to ensure above market business and portfolio performance
Develop a winning strategy for the cluster with clear choices on the portfolio and brand strategies for profitable, above market growth
Drive innovation for the defined key brands to ensure high freshness index over multi-year strategic planning period
As part of the Management Team support the Cluster countries in all financial planning processes such as Budgeting, P&L and, Forecasting and multi-year strategic planning, responsible for sell-out planning and delivery
Responsible for driving Digital Transformation in terms of Digital Creative, Media and data management, responsibility for the Digital Content team, the agency relationships and interactions with the external agencies
Train the Marketing team and ensure steep learning curve in terms of Modernized Marketing, including Digital Marketing, Purpose- driven Marketing and E-commerce Performance Marketing
Ensure identification of talented employees (within and outside the cluster) and drive their development, ensure actionable succession plans are in place
