Who are you?
You are an experienced Project Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.
- Coordinate, and manage program specific project management processes in conjunction with the Client’s requirements and Turner & Townsend’s project delivery model
- Manage, and track Program specific SLAs/KPIs for projects across Canada. This would require working with designated PMs and leaders in all geographies within Canada who are associated with the program to ensure that data is up to date
- Log and track program specific risks for projects across Canada
- Log and track issuance of key project deliverables that includes but not limited to Invoices, Project execution plan, monthly reports, strategies document
- Interpret data, analyze results, and produce consistent and clear reports
- Understand the differing needs of the various audiences that a single data model can serve
- Issuing monthly governance dashboards in an agreed format to the Senior leaders managing the account
- Track account financials by coordinating, generating, and submitting project invoices to Client for approval and payment
- Work with designated PM to ensure their project is updated on Client specific tool/application
- Work with senior leaders to prioritize information based on business needs in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Locate and define opportunities for change and improvement to process
- 2-3 years proven experience in an analytical role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to collect, collate, analyze, and interrogate large amounts of varied information
- Adept at report writing, visualizing data, and presenting findings
- Strong proficiency with Excel with knowledge of the Microsoft power platform
- Be able to provide technical expertise and support to non-technical colleagues/clients
