Your role at Exness:
As part of our Digital Acquisition team, you will be responsible for creating high-impact video content and ads that showcase our products, services, and brand. You will work closely with a variety of teams and specialists, from product owners to producers and outside contractors, to deliver impactful results.
You will:
- Be responsible for end-to-end delivery of video assets for multiple channels.
- Create, resize, and localize ads in a variety of sizes and languages.
- Research competitors and emerging trends and actively participate in the ideation stage of production.
- Create mock-ups or storyboards to better communicate your ideas.
- Work with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external editors, producers, and designers to complete projects.
- Adopt techniques and AI tools that can help speed production.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
- Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming conventions, and graphic file organization.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field
- More than 3 years of experience in a marketing or acquisition department
- Strong understanding of editing, typography, and motion design principles
- Strong knowledge of After Effects and Premiere, with any additional software knowledge considered a plus
- Familiarity with Figma
- Strong portfolio of ads and creative used in acquisition campaigns
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Creative thinking skills and ability to proactively address issues
- Team player mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in 3D production software such as Cinema 4D, Redshift, Octane, or Blender
