- 5+ years with ServiceNow HRSD Delivery
- Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as HR Service Delivery, Service Desk, Change Management , Knowledge Management, ServiceNow Scripting.
- Experience with ITIL framework
Description:
- Understand requirements and designs, configurations of ServiceNow HR and its integration to Workday.
- Support a team of jr/ medior developers in the administration, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on designing and delivering technical solutions that are developed on the ServiceNow Platform
- Understand process and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Optimize the system to meet workflow requirements creating opportunities for automation, reduction of manual entry, help drive data accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain global reports/ dashboards on ServiceNow HRSD including PowerBI
- Assist in Stakeholder Demos and User Acceptance testing to ensure business owners sign off on the solutions.
- Ensure technology design is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform health / stability sustained.
- Mentor and support the development of the Junior/Medior developers in the team.

Salary: €400.00 - €450.00 per day

- Amsterdam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Servicenow: 5 years (Preferred)
- HRSD: 5 years (Preferred)
