Sub-module Lead Engineer, Battery Development
Purpose of this position is coordinate battery design and development projects. Position holder is responsible for setting up project plans, ensure that project targets and timeline are kept and project budgets are met. Project budgets are defined together with department leads. Work requires also seemless co-operation with internal partners, suppliers and customers.
Job respnsibilities are
Position owner is responsible of battery module and pack project coordination. Main tasks are: - Define project targets and timeline - Coordinate and follow-up project tasks - Set up and maintain required project documentation, for example timeline and open point list (OPL) - Ensure project progress is according timeline - Escalate problems if they can't be solved within project team in reasonable time.
Desired qualifications
- Suitable engineering degree.
- Experience on project management and good project management skills.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Few years work experience on field of technical project management is beneficial.
