Overview
SCF Capital & Productivity Analyst is responsible for the Financial stewardship of the Capital/Productivity delivery, including performance tracking and PSP/ACP/AOP Planning process. In addition, the Analyst is responsible for the ongoing facilitation of Capex & Productivity governance, deployment of COE Policy/Procedures and Global Brain & Power Steering Systems Admin/Consolidation.
Responsibilities

- Finance support to SC Partners and SCF in Capital/Productivity agenda for PxF/ACP/AOP Planning Process (multiple Plants and Move);
- Capital/Productivity Performance Tracking for the BU E2E SCF Lead & SC LT;
- Capital Global Brain / Power Steering System support for BU E2E SC;
- Develop financials/documents for small-midsized capitals & support for development for larger projects
- Validate financials for small-midsized productivity projects.
- General / Adhoc support on all aspects of Capital/Productivity (definitions, calculations, systems);
- Governance/Integrity of Capital/Productivity Financials. Validate compliance with COE policy;
- Validate compliance with Sector IRR thresholds and productivity definitions
- Governance & Adherence of Capital and Productivity workflow and approval hierarchy governance
- Deployment & Adherence of COE Policy, Procedures and Best Practice
- Deliver end user training on Systems (as per request);
- Proposes improvements to systems/process to SCF COE
- Share best practice with peers in ESSA
Qualifications
- Analytical thinking skills
- BS degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and / or MBA degree
- 1- 3 years of relevant finance experience (or equivalent)
- Advanced Level of English
- Ability to meet deadlines, organizational skills, technical expertise, with a passion for detail.
