NJP Healthcare is a prime manufacturer and supplier of Oral Dosage Formulations of Natural Journaled Products. We are seeking a talented and dynamic Customer Service Representative to further enhance our customer service and sales service across all key stakeholders.

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Answer daily customer correspondence through voice and non voice methods - telephone, Email, and chat from customers.
  • Daily processing applications and updating the same in Excel and Database.
  • Outbound calling to customers to verify their profile.
  • Calling, Emailing and keeping in touch with existing and new customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Provide query assistance and product information in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources within the company.
  • Handle Customer Complaints and Escalations.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with Customer Requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through exceptional service.
  • Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Data Maintenance
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
