As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Answer daily customer correspondence through voice and non voice methods - telephone, Email, and chat from customers.
- Daily processing applications and updating the same in Excel and Database.
- Outbound calling to customers to verify their profile.
- Calling, Emailing and keeping in touch with existing and new customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Provide query assistance and product information in an efficient and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources within the company.
- Handle Customer Complaints and Escalations.
- Go the extra mile to engage with Customer Requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through exceptional service.
- Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Data Maintenance
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
