We are looking for a partner who can demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment as a customer success manager (CSM) building strong relationships with customers and monitor their experience with our product and services.
With 3-5 years of experience of customer success or account management in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment. He/She will also be responsible for the end-to-end project management of large and complex clients/ projects. This mandates strong knowledge of Mettl’s products and services with strong communication skills. As a CSM, this role would require you to collaborate with internal/ external stakeholders and solution complex problems to deliver a stellar client experience.
Given the nature of the role, a strong understanding of SaaS business and service deliverables is required. Knowledge of Product and tech is ideal.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Through partnership and collaboration, you will provide consulting services for customers and maximize value from their investment in Mercer-Mettl. - Drive new business, adoption and usage of products and features to maximize customer lifetime value by ensuring a productive partnership that meets customers’ aims.
- Design customized enablement and onboarding plans to onboard new clients and set up the product correctly to ensure successful implementation.
- Developing efficient and effective management plans for clients to outline their SOPs and processes to adhere to client requirements
- Manage Key Customer Accounts, with familiarity in CRM practices to build productive business professional relationships along with openness to feedback.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. Operational excellence, including product adoption, and high-quality reporting and insights to drive greater impact.
