Job Summary:

This position supports one VP and another Executive as well as their teams within Walt Disney Imagineering. In this role, you will join a team of producers and creative leaders to explore the future of new ideas in Creative Development.
As an Executive Assistant, you are a key part of the support team that keeps the Creative Development team exploring new ideas! You are quick to respond, anticipating the needs of your executives and always staying one step ahead. You manage busy calendars, plan travel, assist with on-site work sessions and executive presentations, help organize special events and other activities that support these teams and facilitate their connections with other top executives across the company.
Every day in this role is different! On any given day you might:
Communicate with team members from a variety of diverse backgrounds
Thoughtfully manage complex calendars
Book domestic and global travel for your leader and their teams and build travel itineraries
Manage Travel & Entertainment expenses for your executives and their teams
Proactively resolve problems and pitch in to help
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of team members
Order supplies and equipment along with other office management duties
Prepare reports to be shared with leaders and stakeholders
Schedule and host in person and/or Zoom meetings which could include presentation sharing and booking conference rooms
Attend meetings to take notes as well as follow-up on action items
Prepare professional Keynote and PowerPoint decks
Protect Executive’s time through strategic and proactive calendar management and vetting a variety of meeting requests
Ensure the executive is prepared for meetings and events
Work closely with the Executive on activities, projects, meetings, event planning and office logistics
Basic Requirements
Here’s what you will need to be successful in the role:
3 years minimum experience in an administrative role
Proven success partnering and interacting with all levels of Cast Members/Employees including Executive Leadership
Strong proficiency with standard PC and Mac office tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote
Professional and highly discreet while maintaining absolute confidentiality
Effective communication skills, including diplomatic and professional handling of telephone and email communications
Ability to be pro-active, resourceful, flexible, and responsible
Experience handling confidential information. Exercises good judgement and discretion while maintaining confidentiality of information and documents
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks with set deadlines
Flexibility to work overtime as needed in urgent situations
Experience with SAP and Concur
Preferred Requirements
It would be a plus if you also had these skills:
Experience within the Walt Disney Company
Experience supporting executives in an entrepreneurial technology organization
Required Education
High school degree or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree
The base salary for this position in Glendale, CA is $60,352.00 to $80,960.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
