HOW DOES THE BENEFIT PLATFORM WORK?
The employer concludes a contract and sends a list of employees with the corresponding monthly budget. The platform works like an online store where each employee has secure access to a wide range of flexible benefits, offers and discounts, within the budget provided by the employer. The employer thus outsources a service that would have taken the company's internal resources, both time wise, as well as human or financial.

The Loyalty Officer will support the growth of the loyalty business line, working closely with the loyalty lead to deliver the required outcome to loyalty clients. He/she will be focused on day to day operations, related to implementation and follow-up for negotiation of offers for each loyalty client
He/she will be in charge of:
- supporting day to day operations of loyalty area
- being involved in discussions with loyalty partners and clients regarding offers that need to be implemented in clients’ loyalty programs/platforms
- supporting operational activities related to launching new deals or maintaining/developing existing ones
- managing contracts and communication/promotional terms with potential partners in collaboration with the loyalty lead and loyalty clients and in accordance with the applicable law and the company's internal procedures
- following up on ongoing negotiation with existing and potential new partners/clients
- preparing and providing analyzes and reports on the identification of potential or existing partners and offer negotiation status
- managing sales data regarding campaign results
- maintaining an organized e-archive with relevant campaign materials (e.g.: offer forms, visuals, results)

You have min 3 years experience in a Customer Service/Telesales position/Operations (B2B).
You are graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
You have demonstrated:
- Problem solving via innovation & creativity
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Can-do attitude and results-driven
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Result oriented skills
- Excellent planning and time management/prioritization skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Languages required: Romanian & English.
