The incumbent will be working as an Operation Support Executive. S/he must be providing a proactive and comprehensive service to both Internal and External customers in all aspects of billing services and reporting KPI matrix to meet companies’ goals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily file opening in TMF
- Ability to communicate with higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently
- Assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and company KPIs that are already set
- Check the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- Monitor the operation system quality performance and give suggestions for improvement
- Monitor the performance metrics of the operation.
- Prepares Reports for clients with specific requirements on a daily, monthly, and weekly basis
- In charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing verification when required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry is highly preferred
- Experience in a similar would be highly preferred
- Meticulous, organized and willing to put the extra effort for tasks completion
- Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
- Good team player with a strong sense of urgency
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ability to provide solutions or relevant action on problems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence
- Leadership skills to effectively convince others on business matters
