Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience reading/debugging code in Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, or JavaScript.
- Experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technical support in no-coding development environment products such as AppSheet.
- Experience with spreadsheets and other data sources (e.g., MySQL, BigQuery, Oracle SQL, etc.).
- Experience in AppSheet workings from the frontend to the backend, including how AppSheet connects with a variety of data sources.
- Knowledge of AppSheet products, including leading projects to create a positive impact on how customers see AppSheet.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to instruct and advise support agents.

The gTech’s Users and Products (gUP) Cloud team manages Collaboration Apps end user support and insights to enable product success for Google Workspace Collaboration Apps (i.e., Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Keep, Sites, Flix) and AppSheet.
Our goal is to provide support to our consumer and enterprise users to get most out of Google products. Meanwhile, we deliver user insight to help product areas to improve products and stay closer with the customers.In this role, you will provide product knowledge, advice and lead agents to resolve technical questions from AppSheet customers. You will lead several high visibility projects from the start to the end alone to create a positive impact to propose and implement changes in AppSheet and its support operation. You will also work closely with engineering leads in the team to consult them on how AppSheet works in real life to provide an unbiased view.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple high-impact projects with a high visibility to improve the AppSheet support operations.
- Share and transfer knowledge to support agents as well as gUP Product Support Manager to improve their product familiarity, reduce the frictions of the support migration, and maintain the essential business continuity.
- Lead product-facing projects with gUP Product Support Manager as an executive technical consultant to propose technical solutions to Engineering leads and group product managers and improve AppSheet as a no-code development tool.
