The PX Governance Lead is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

Lead and own the design and adoption of tools, frameworks and capabilities to support effective process governance practices, including the evolution of process maturity, innovation and process IP.

Create and maintain NZ Process Excellence artefacts (such as process maturity strategy, standards, guides, etc) to support alignment of NZ business process maps with the ANZ process governance framework

Establish and facilitate process change governance and PX CoE governance to enable innovation and consistent process execution and process transformation that drives and value improvements

Ensure continuous improvement and aligning with global process developments, new models and improving ANZ frameworks, tooling and process intelligence

Advocate and engage to ensure adoption of an end-to-end process mindset that underpins a Customer Value Proposition / Process Owner model

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Extensive experience with developing and embedding process management with strong knowledge of process governance, process maturity and associated process frameworks (APQC, BPMN etc.)

Extensive process engineering experience, including end to end process mapping and knowledge of business process management systems and governance frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results to deadline across a complex and changing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and establish credibility with stakeholders and senior management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage conflicting priorities professionally.
