Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Yishun, Singapore. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating training programs, and handling HR-related inquiries. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records and databases, including personal information, employment contracts, and training records. Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and completing necessary paperwork. Support HR managers in organizing and delivering training programs for employees. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and maintaining performance records. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR files, updating HR documents, and scheduling meetings.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
