Job Description
- Carry out all aspects of works related to Purchaser.
- Support operation team for planning, coordination, delivery of procurement material, services and subcontractor works.

- Responsible for procurement of all building material, steel material, logistics, construction related services and subcontractor works.
- Coordination with warehouse and site team from time to time to ensure minimal wastage.
- Evaluate project procurement specification, requirement and contract.
- Sourcing and evaluate of current and new supplier from time to time.
- Perform detailed analysis of all supplier for cost, lead time, quality, project requirement and risk.
- Responsible for prepare and assess contract agreement, PO, DO, material request, and procurement analysis report.
- Support tender QS for costing of material, supplier and subcon.
- Responsible for all Purchaser administrative works.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with at least 2 years' relevant working experience.
- Candidate must possess 2 years working experience in Purchaser preferable in construction
