Overview:
Join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, responsible for managing various software and systems related to infrastructure operations. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with backup software for servers, databases, and file sharing.
- Understanding of remote login capabilities and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) management.
- Practice in device, user, app, and policy management.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of server monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with security monitoring systems and practices.
- Experience in applying security patches and managing vulnerabilities.
- Understanding of data center monitoring, including temperature control.
- Knowledge of managing resources such as routers, switches, and printers.
- Ability to automate machine buildout for new user PCs.
- As an ideal candidate, you should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent work experience or certifications can also be considered.
Location: Lahore
Job Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
