As a Personal Assistant of the General Manager for Germany & Central Europe, you will take in charge the organization to the General Manager by providing administrative assistance in their agenda and daily activities, travel, reporting and document flow, as well as coordinating other bigger events. You will also be a support for various presentations and/or special tasks depending on the needs. Organization of the agenda and travels • Organize travels and visa applications: Approval for travel and expenses, checking flights, hotel reservation, issuing tickets and changes, web check-in, asking for miles tickets, upgrade hotel/flights • Coordinate the agenda, organize meetings and business lunches • Elaborate expense notes and insurance applications • Escalate and track customer complaints Logistical and administrative support • Support with preparation of presentations • Update data bases and organizational charts • Update documents on a regular basis: Team Member Lists, Store Manager Lists, Travel & training Planning, bank holidays & holidays of Management Team and Country Managers) Event’s organization • Assist in organization of events like Store Manager Meetings • Send Cards for exceptional events (marriage/naissance/funerals) • Coordinate with all Departments for seminars and other events

PROFIL
We are eager to speak to energetic professionals who have: • 5 years experience in a similar position • Ability to provide exceptional, proactive support while maintaining confidentiality • Elevated communication and organizational skills, detail oriented • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ever changing business context • Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office and Concur • Flexibility to adapt to different working schedules when required • Fluency in German and English, French is a Plus
