Responsibilities
Provide coordination, logistics and operational support for training programs, events, projects and workstreams for the EMEA Sales Acceleration Team
Work with internal trainers and outside vendors on organising trainings that meet all necessary requirements: search the venues, book conference rooms, deal with outside vendors and payments, if necessary, work with outside vendors on printing participant’s materials
Provide training session (Teams/Zoom) production where needed including monitoring chat, documenting participants, preparing recordings and extracting reports
Consult with the Sales Acceleration team and stakeholders on planning of upcoming training sessions, programs and the needed communications, invitations, etc.
Provide additional support where help is needed regarding data collection, content review and preparation, dry-runs, confirmation of stakeholders, etc.
Coordinate other needed logistics and training coordination support including, but not limited to:
Supply ordering and inventory management
Updating the information pages/libraries on the internal resources
Shipping/printing requests
Ordering for training giveaways
Program and process documentation as needed
Monitor onboarding training learning assignments
Coordination with Veeam Office Ambassadors where appropriate
Book conference rooms and complete room setups needed for training events
Ensure all necessary supplies, printed materials and resources are available for onsite and virtual training events
Provide administrative support to EMEA Sales Acceleration team as needed
Updating Sales Acceleration Global training calendar in SharePoint
Providing materials after the training to attendees (feedback forms, etc.)
Supporting debrief analysis and recommendations for improvement where possible
Manage the projects’ finances in Coupa payment system: work with the invoices and contracts, track payments and contracts
Serve as a team resource for learning reporting and monitoring of quarterly learning plans
Run standard and ad hoc reports and format presentation data as required
Support other departmental functions as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
1-3 years of experience coordinating and supporting activities and functions at a departmental level
Experience with software tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint; sales force automation tools such as Salesforce.com highly desired
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
