Job Summary:

preparation a annual master budget, forecasting and planning processes. Preparing as well as reviewing reports related to the budgeting as needed, and ensuring their compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Hikma’s financial and accounting policies and procedures.


Job duties:

  • Analytical skills: Financial analysts must have excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make sound financial decisions.

  • Technical skills: Financial analysts must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, Business intelligence tools like Power BI & SAP

  • Communication skills: Financial analysts must be able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly.

  • Manages budgeting control process/ methodologies, reviews financials (P&L, B/S, CAPEX…etc) and budgets, provides advice on existing financial policies and promotes adherence to government policy and overall financial function

  • Possesses an advanced and complete knowledge of the financial accounting operations, applies methodologies and procedures according to best practices, and understands financial performance measures.

  • Conducting monthly analysis to measure the performance of profit centers, and control costs and expenses incurred by profit and cost centers.

  • Releasing the Purchase Orders (POs) AND Sales Orders (SOs), as well as approving CAPEX requisitions.

  • Preparing as well as reviewing reports related to the budgeting as needed.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bacelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least Four to six years of experience in FP&A roles.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical industry and/ or large facility
