We are looking for a First Line Manager to direct and control the operation of the Production line are packed in accordance with established Quality Monitoring System (QMS). In this role, you will ensure products are packed according to established programme and norms at minimum cost. You will maintain a high standard of plant hygiene, safety and discipline among the workforce. You will foster the principle of Management Commitment/Employee Involvement for attainment of continuous improvement.


A day in the life of...

  • SHES: Implement safety and environment practices in the workplace.
  • Constantly monitor the products packed are within quality norms.
  • Support market needs by producing the required quantity and type of product according to the agreed production programme.
  • Constant monitoring of usages of materials, water, energy and manpower.
  • Improving Productivity.
  • Updating - Manufacturing Instruction
  • Staff Performance & Training - Trains, Motivates, Appraisal
  • Safety & Health - Install and Implement

What will make you successful

  • Diploma / Degree in Applied Science / Food Technology / Chemical Process Technology with work experiences in a similar field
  • Demonstration of leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment
  • Demonstration of Leadership skills in positively confronting inappropriate behavior and using everyday coaching to ensure involvement of the workforce.
  • Positive working attitude and strong people interaction skills
